Mexico Independence Day.

Independence Day is celebrated in Mexico on September 16, and takes place on the same day of the year that Miguel Hidalgo start the independence in the city of Dolores, in the Mexican state of Guanajuato. Miguel Hidalgo was one of the nation’s leaders during the Mexican War of Independence.
