3VR Medical Bedhead patient unit (with Service Mount Horizontal Rails)

Description
3V Medical bedhead patient unit horizontal type with three separate internal channels in solid state (Low, Medium and Upper) to medical gas copper pipelines, electrical and data wiring installations. Medical bedhead unit includes two optional horizontal mount rails to support and slide auxiliary medical equipment and devices to normal, intermediate and intensive care functional and low cost solution to horizontal bedhead units.
Structure:
- Aluminum extrude profile 6063 T5 alloy, 2.5mm thickness meeting ASTM B-221-02 A/A, colored powder coating finish or natural anodized aluminium color (10 microns lay), inlcudes two optional horizontal mount rails to support and slide auxiliary medical equipment and devices on the aluminium profile constuction.
Cover Panels:
- Hardware free and self supported aluminum extrude profile 6063 T5 alloy, 2.5mm thickness meeting ASTM B-221-02 A/A, colored powder coating finish or wood imitation lay surface apply.
End Caps:
- High resistance ABS colored plastic injection molded (light gray, beige, white) other colors must be consult to the factory.
- Aluminium foundry molded, colored powder coating finish.
Mounting Accessory Holder on Horizontal service rails with different configurations (Sliding Clamp and Articulated Arm) for:
- I.V. Hook system supports.
- Vital Signs Patient Monitor.
- Infusion Pump Supports.

- All accessories and elements made of Stainless Steel should not be cleaned with “CHLORINE" or its derivatives, they could cause severe corrosion.
- All accessories and elements made of Aluminium should not be cleaned with “CHLORINE" or “ACIDS" and its derivatives, they could cause severe corrosion.
