Description

Horizon III Medical bedhead patient unit horizontal type with 5 internal channels in solid state to medical gas copper pipes also electrical and data wiring installations. Medical bedhead unit can includes one or two optional horizontal mount rails to support and slide auxiliary medical equipment and devices, with multi-configuration and adaptable medical level patient care bedhead unit.

Structure:

  • Aluminium extrude profile 6063 T5 alloy, 2.5mm and 3mm thickness meeting ASTM B-221-02 A/A bedhead unit structure made.
  • Patient Bedhead unit made with 6 or more aluminum extrusion profiles in the construction.
  • Internal divisions included to house installations in the aluminum base profiles (no need for external spacers for this purpose).
  • Receiving hole devices made with pressure stamping and CNC numerical control machining.

Front Panel options:

  • Aluminium extrude profile 6063 T5 alloy, 2mm thickness meeting ASTM B-221-02 A/A colored powder coating finish.
  • MDF wood composite front panels 16mm thickness (decorative plastic laminate surfaces or Aluminium sheet colored powder coating finish surface) high pressure cold glued to composite MDF panel, a phenolic or aluminum foil fire retardant on back side of composite panel (upon request).
  • Other Panel options consult to the factory.
  • Color and finishing of front panels materials will be in standard specifications of the factory.

Mounting Accessory Holder on Horizontal service rails with different configurations (Sliding Clamp and Articulated Arm) for:

  • I.V. Hook system supports.
  • Vital Signs Patient Monitor.
  • Infusion Pump Supports.
  • Vacuum Bottle holder.
  • Medical Baskets.
  • Blood Pressure Gauges.
  • Medical Auxiliary Equipment.

  • All accessories and elements made of Stainless Steel should not be cleaned with “CHLORINE" or its derivatives, they could cause severe corrosion.
  • All accessories and elements made of Aluminium should not be cleaned with “CHLORINE" or “ACIDS" and its derivatives, they could cause severe corrosion.
