Gauges Use Warning

Analog Gauges devices (positive and negative) are not eligible for exchange or subject to warranties, as the nature of the device’s mechanism makes it vulnerable to any type of mishandling and abuse. Should avoid:
  1. Do not perform pressurization tests with these gauges, use only at “normal” working pressures.
  2. Avoid “pressure hammer” in the pressure gases with gauges mounted on the assemblies.
  3. Use the gauges only in relation to the pressure and vacuum indicated on the dial.
  4. Gauges may show corrosion in the materials due to hot, humid and tropical jungle weathers, as well as expose them to corrosive and non-corrosive liquids, in which case you must replace them.
  5. Because they are “Measuring” devices, gauges mechanism is fragile in the event of any fall, blow or abuse and can may present a gap in the dial indicator or pointer due to the previous situations (falls, blows and abuse), as well as expose them to “pressure hammer.” also pressures outside of design ranges to the gauges.
