Description

HYBRID-type medical gas semi-automatic type manifold, indoor use only.

  • Complies with NFPA99 standard.
  • Complies with ASTM B819 code (oxygen-clean).
  • Primary bank with Deward-type cylinders and secondary bank with high-pressure gas cylinders.
  • Initial cylinder bank changeover occurs automatically by pressure differential with manual selector (lever) assigning primary and secondary banks for working cycles; subsequent changeovers are manual.
  • Deward cylinder evaporators must function adequately under high oxygen demand to avoid manifold freezing due to inefficient liquid evaporation.
  • Use of an external vaporizer with sufficient capacity must be implemented when Deward cylinder evaporators are insufficient.
  • Operation and maintenance personnel must be certified to safely operate the equipment.
  • The quality and purity grade of medical gases and the condition of cylinders and connections are always the supplier’s responsibility.
  • Do not use oil or oil-derived products.

Specifications

🧱 Mounting Plate
  • Indoor use only.
  • Manufactured from galvanized carbon steel sheet, 18-gauge, with electrostatic paint finish.
  • Manufactured from 18-gauge stainless steel sheet.

⚙️ Control System
  • Operated via electronic PCB system with high-brightness LED indicators for operational states of the supply manifold.
  • Check valves to control pressure differential between cylinder banks.
  • High-pressure 4–20 mA transducers for primary and secondary banks.

📊 Visual Signals
  • Displays states of USE – READY – EMPTY for each cylinder bank (primary and secondary).

🚨 Alarm Signals
  • Located at the relay output port, indicating cylinder bank changeover.

🔁 Bypass System
  • Two final-line low-pressure regulators
  • Manual isolation via stainless steel ball valves
  • Configuration: one in operation, one in reserve

🔒 Overpressure Relief and Venting System
  • Interconnected relief valve circuit
  • Venting directed outward from cabinet

🆘 Emergency Inlets
  • DISS CGA V-5 coupling, according to system gas
  • Located before final line regulators, for low pressure use only: 50–55 PSI.

📈 Pressure Gauges
  • Analog type, for high- and low-pressure stages

🔗 Communication Systems
  • 1 relay port for alarm signal output and connection to master signal panel indicating bank changeover.

🌬️ Flow Delivery
  • Standard flow rate: 65 SCF/min
  • For higher requirements, consult factory in advance
