Quality Policy

In Grupo Arigmed, we are dedicated to the manufacture of medical gas system pipeline products and equipments, following the guidelines of the applicable codes and regulations. We are committed to meeting our customers' requirements, maintaining the effectiveness and continuous improvement of our quality management system.

Our History

Long before in our beginning, in the year 1991 our founders began activities on the Medical Gas Pipping Systems installations in hospitals and clinics with a small staff of employees.

To 1991 – 2007, with a prior company to ours, that mainly manufactured a single model of horizontal medical patient bedhead unit (3V model) and the Medical headwall system (Medisystem), the remaining medical gas equipment was purchased from other manufacturers and their distributors, However, we are gradually able to develop our own line of medical gas equipments, starting with medical gas low pressure relay panel alarm and the assembly of medical air compressors and medical vacuum pumps.

In 2004 we stop to perform medical gas piping installations to focus exclusively on the “manufacturing".

Our Equipments from the year 1991 to 2007.

In 2007 we began our operations, applying the previous knowledge of our founders in the medical gas systems installations and the use of the equipment that was previously manufactured.

In 2010 we moved our operations from Mexico City with an space of 800 m2 to Tizayuca city in the State of Hidalgo, with an space of more than 4,000 m2.

Now…. with all that accumulated experience and knowledge, we are able to understand the technical and normative variables of a complete Medicinal Gas System, and over time we have evolved and acquired experience in Equipment Design and Manufacture for this professional field.

We continue to advance satisfying the needs of the specialty in hospital units, clinics and laboratories, implementing state of the art technology with certifications that ensure the quality of the products and equipments that we manufacture at a competitive financial cost.

Our quality and adaptability has ensured us a primary role in Mexico´s and Latinamerican Medical Gas Equipment Market.

We have state-of-the-art machinery to make our production processes efficient, as well an extensive manufacturing experience, we are committed with quality and services required by customers.

We follow the national and international standards and codes. We manufacture and distribute equipment according to NFPA99, BS, DIN, AFNOR and with the applicable codes ASME, CGA, ASTM, ISO, NOM, INVIMA, DIGEMID, NBR.

Our Facilities

We have more than 95 medical gas products in our portfolio, an important percentage in the manufacturing of those is carried out directly in our facilities, which ensures self-sufficiency productive.
