Description

Medical Gas semi-automatic type manifold indoor use only.

  • Complies with NFPA99 standard.
  • Complies with ASTM B819 code (oxygen-clean).
  • Initial bank exchange is automatic, triggered by pressure differential and designated main/secondary bank; subsequent exchanges are manual using the selector lever.
  • Operation and maintenance personnel must be certified to ensure safe use.
  • The supplier is always responsible for the quality and purity grade of medical gases as well as the condition of containers and connections.
  • Do not use oil or oil-based substances.

🧱 Mounting Plate
  • Exclusive indoor use.
  • Made from galvanized carbon steel sheet, 18-gauge, with electrostatic paint finish.
  • Made from stainless steel sheet, 18-gauge.

⚙️ Control System
  • Operated by an electronic PCB system with high-brightness LED visual indicators for manifold operation status.
  • Check valves to manage pressure differential between cylinder banks.
  • High-pressure 4–20 mA transducers for primary and secondary banks.

📊 Visual Signals
  • Indicates USE–READY–EMPTY status for each cylinder bank (primary and secondary).

🚨 Alarm Signals
  • Located at the relay output port to signal bank exchange.

🔁 Bypass System
  • Two final line regulators for low pressure
  • Manual isolation via stainless steel ball valves
  • Configuration: one in use, one in reserve

🔒 Overpressure and Venting System
  • Interconnected relief valve circuit
  • Venting oriented outside the cabinet

🆘 Emergency Inlets
  • Located downstream of the final line regulators
  • Low-pressure only
  • DISS CGA V-5 coupling, compatible with the medical gas in use

  • Connection valves type CGA, brass, with automatic check valves
  • Manual master valve for opening/closing control of primary and secondary banks
  • Natural brass finish (installer or user may paint or coat as desired)

🔗 Cylinder Pigtails
  • Oxygen: Flexible copper tube, CGA 540 connection
  • Other non-corrosive gases: Flexible PTFE hose with stainless steel mesh cover and life line, CGA-specific connection per gas

  • Frequent power losses followed by repeated activation of emergency power
