1. Grupo Arigmed S. de R.L. de C.V. does NOT include freight in its prices and costs of equipments and materials. Prices and costs are posted at the Grupo Arigmed S. de R.L. de C.V. office, located in Tizayuca, state of Hidalgo, Mexico.
2. Equipment and materials will be released on the next business day (24 hours) after receiving payment for the merchandise, verifying that there is no debt of any kind.
3. To collect materials and equipments at our facilities will be on business days and times, Monday through Friday, from 9:00 am to 5:00 pm.
4. Standard equipments packaging in 2mm “C” flute cardboard boxes with a 7/9 strength of the following internal measurements: 63x43x39cm, 31.5×31.5×31.5cm, 20x20x15cm, 32x32x14cm, 35x35x37cm, 75x55x55cm. To architectural equipments: 2mm corrugated cardboard packaging, 7/9 strength with 2mm polystyrene plastic reinforcement of different sizes, covering only the external part of the architectural equipment. These packages will be considered “standard” and are included at the price of the equipment.
OTHER PACKING NOT SPECIFIED IS NOT INCLUDED ON TTHE COST (SUCH AS WOODEN BOXES AND METAL STRUCTURES WHICH WILL HAVE AN EXTRAORDINARY COST).
5. Equipments shipment by parcel cargo companies implies a risk of mistreatment, damage and partial loss of the merchandise sent, despite the “STANDARD” packaging and protection.
6. Grupo Arigmed S. de R.L. de C.V. IS NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR ANY TYPE OF MISTREATMENT, GENERAL DAMAGES, PARTIAL AND TOTAL LOSSES DUE TO THE SHIPMENT OF ITS PRODUCTS AND EQUIPMENT. IT IS RECOMMENDED THAT THE CUSTOMER TAKE OUT INSURANCE FOR THE GOODS OFFERED BY THE PARCEL AND SHIPPING COMPANIES.
7. All wooden packaging (boxes, pallets, platforms) will have an additional cost.
8. Use of “shared load” transportation will be at the customer’s expense and risk; This type of transportation is inadequate for the nature of medical equipment due to the extreme abuse to which the cargo is exposed.
9. Grupo Arigmed S. de R.L. de C.V. WILL NOT BE responsible for the time it takes for the order and cargo service to reach its final destination.
10. We remind the customer that all our equipment are “FRAGILE” in nature.
11. Grupo Arigmed is not forced to supply materials, elements, covers, cases and any type of accessories to cover, adjust or adapt the load in the customer’s transport or subcontracted cargo transport, which must include the elements and materials necessary to TRANSPORT AND PROTECT THE LOAD correctly in their vehicles.
12. Grupo Arigmed is not forced to carry out loading and unloading maneuvers of equipment and materials in the client’s or subcontracted transport, so this type of maneuver must be covered by the client’s or subcontracted cargo transport service.
