Description
Modular Manifolds for Medical Gas Cylinder Stations.
- Complies with NFPA99 standard.
- Complies with ASTM B819 code (clean for oxygen use).
- Operating and maintenance personnel must be certified for safe equipment operation.
- The quality and purity grade of medical gases, as well as the condition of containers and their connections, are always the responsibility of the supplier.
- The manufacturer disclaims any responsibility for damage to persons or property resulting from misuse or poor installation of the equipment.
- Wall or structural mounting supports are not included.
- Materials may show severe corrosion when exposed to tropical or high-humidity environments.
- Do not use oil or oil-derived products.

🧩 Cylinder Banks
- Modular assembly design, in combined 2 and 3-station modules
- Made of 2” hexagonal brass bar and special extrusion SPS alloy 23000 red brass tube, temper H58 Drawn
- Complies with ASTM B-43-98 and ASTM B-819 standards (clean for oxygen)
- Working pressure up to 3,000 PSI
- Automatic check valves in brass, per the specific CGA code of each gas
- Manual master valve for open/close control
- Delivered with natural finish, no coatings
