Description
Medical Gas and Vacuum Valve Box for Zone/Area Control.
- Available with recessed wall-mounted or surface-mounted cabinet (must be specified in advance to the manufacturer).
- Complies with NFPA99 standard.
- Capacity from 1 up to 8 valves in a single cabinet (except for diameters of 51 mm / 2” and larger).
- Available with copper tubing type “L” and “K”.
- Available with top pipe entries and exits (U-shaped pipe bends).

🔧 Valves
- Made of three-piece brass with soldering ports.
- Ball shut-off in stainless steel, with PTFE seals.
- Rated for 600 W.O.G (Water, Oil, Gas).
- Extensions in copper tubing type “L” or “K”.
- Quarter-turn closing, operated via lever or handle.
🔌 Ports for Pressure/Vacuum Gauge Coupling and DISS DEMAND Valves (optional)
- Made of brass.
- ¼” female straight thread at both ends of the valve.
📈 Pressure and Vacuum Gauges
- 1½” dial, rear connection.
- Glass lens, housing in carbon steel with electrostatic black paint.
- Optional housing in stainless steel (must be specified).

- Made of galvanized steel sheet, with white powder-coated electrostatic finish.
- High-strength ABS plastic plugs to isolate copper piping from galvanized steel.
- Standardized dimensions according to the number of valves contained.
🪟 Viewing Window
- Hinged: Aluminum sheet with white electrostatic paint, 3 mm clear acrylic window, pivot hinges, and magnetic latch.
- Removable: 2 mm clear acrylic sheet.
⚙️ Optional Items
- DISS DEMAND connection for the specific gas on the emergency port (upon prior request to manufacturer).

Gauges Warning
⚠️ Considerations about Analog Pressure and Vacuum Gauges
Analog devices for positive and negative readings (pressure and vacuum gauges) are not eligible for exchange nor covered under warranty due to the fragile nature of their mechanisms, which are susceptible to damage from mishandling or abuse.🚫 Recommendations to Prevent Damage:
- Do not use these devices for pressure testing. They are designed solely for operation within normal working pressure ranges.
- Avoid “water hammer” effect during gas pressurization when gauges are mounted on assemblies.
- Respect the pressure and vacuum ranges indicated on the gauge dials.
- Do not expose the devices to extreme environments, such as hot, humid or jungle climates, nor to corrosive or non-corrosive liquids. In case of corrosion, replacement will be necessary.
- Protect devices from falls, impacts or physical abuse. These can cause pointer misalignment or damage from overpressure or water hammer beyond design ranges.
