Description
Horizontal medical headwall for patient – Model “3VR" (3 channels), featuring rail system and internal separations in solid-state (non-removable) to installations, pressure-mounted access panels (eclipsable) with no exposed screws, and a capacity to accommodate installations and connection devices for electrical systems, medical gases, lighting, voice and data.
- Certified under ISO 11197:2019 (medical supply units).
- Includes upper and lower horizontal rail system for support and sliding of auxiliary medical equipment.
- Entirely manufactured from extruded aluminum profiles.
- Complies with NFPA99 for manufactured systems.
- Installation is recommended to be carried out by personnel certified under ASSE 6010 (medical gas installer) and ASME BRAZER IX (qualified oxyacetylene welder).
- Made in Mexico.

The internal layout incorporates three solid-state internal channels (non-removable), ensuring safe isolation between systems, and a horizontal rail system for supporting and sliding auxiliary medical equipment.

- Main Structure: Made of extruded aluminum profiles, alloy 6063 T5, minimum thickness of 2.5 mm. Complies with specification ASTM B221-02 A/A. Incorporates three internal solid-state routes for functional isolation of medical gas piping from other installations.
- Front, Upper, and Lower Panels: Extruded aluminum profiles, alloy 6063 T5, pressure-mounted (eclipsable), without exposed screws, facilitating maintenance and ensuring hospital-grade aesthetics.
- Upper and Lower Horizontal Rails for Auxiliary Equipment: Extruded aluminum profiles, alloy 6063 T5, integrated into the base 3-route profile structure.
