Description
Medical Power Column system or service column for intensive care and critical care areas, with internal compartments for installations, front access panels made from various materials, and capacity to house installations and connection devices for electrical systems, medical gases, lighting, voice, and data.

- Includes a vertical rail system for support and sliding of auxiliary medical equipment.
- Fully constructed from extruded aluminum profiles.
- Do not use chlorine or its derivatives, as they may cause corrosion of materials and premature degradation of surfaces and finishes.
- Compliant with NFPA99 for manufactured systems.
- Installation is recommended to be carried out by certified personnel holding valid ASSE 6010 (medical gas installer) and ASME BRAZER IX (qualified oxyacetylene welder).

Vertical service system designed for specialized hospital installations, functioning as an isolated column that creates supply islands for one or several beds, independent from perimeter walls—ideal for open areas, intensive care units, or critical attention spaces with flexible configurations.
🧱 Technical Structure
- Base material: Special extruded aluminum profiles, alloy 6063, temper 5.
- Standard: ASTM B-221 02/A-A.
- Finish: Natural anodized.
- Average thickness: 2.5 mm – 3 mm.
- Vertical rails: Distributed at each end (from 2 to 6, depending on specific design).

- Option 1: Carbon steel with baked electrostatic powder coating.
- Option 2: Stainless steel sheet.

- Finish: Electrostatic powder coating (RAL).
- Optional antibacterial coating model 044/00100, compliant with ISO 22196:2011.
