🔩 Main Components
- Housing: Manufactured from high-strength injected aluminum, with natural finish.
- Drive Pulley: Ductile cast steel with electrostatic powder-coated finish, oven-cured for high temperature, black color.
- Cylinders: High-strength injected aluminum with integrated heat dissipators, coated with polytetrafluoroethylene (PTFE).
- Cylinder Heads: Injected aluminum with integrated dissipators, finished with electrostatic powder coating oven-cured for high temperature in black color, includes high-temperature resistant o-ring seals.
- Pulley Cover: Injected aluminum with natural finish.
⚙ Transmission System
- Crankshaft: High-strength ductile steel.
- Bearings: Sealed for high temperature, manufactured in Japan.
- Connecting Rods: High-strength injected aluminum with natural finish.
🔼 Compression System
- Pistons: High-strength cast aluminum.
- Compression and Guide Rings: PTFE with carbon and graphite load.
- Valve Plate: Injected aluminum, finished in black electrostatic paint, includes o-rings or seals for high temperatures.
- Valves: Made of stainless steel.
❄ Aftercoolers (only in 2-stage version)
- Material: High-strength injected aluminum.
- Coating: Electrostatic powder-coated, oven-cured in black color.
🌬 Cooling System
