Description

Automatic Emergency Reserve System (IBER) for high-pressure gas cylinders.

  • Complies with NFPA99 standard.
  • Complies with ASTM B819 code (clean for oxygen use).
  • Operation and maintenance personnel must be certified for safe equipment handling.
  • The quality and purity grade of medical gases, as well as the condition of containers and their connections, are always the responsibility of the supplier.
  • Do not use oil or its derivatives.

⚙️ Control Panel
  • Surface-mounted cabinet (exposed or apparent): Made of special extrusion aluminum profiles, alloy 6063 T5, with electrostatic oven-cured paint finish.
  • Electrical supply: Multivoltage 110–220 VAC.
  • Detection system: High-speed electronic PCB with transducers for monitoring inlet and outlet pressures.
  • Display: Segment numeric screen for alarm status and pressure value visualization.

  • Type: Normally open
  • Brand: ASCO, with UL certification
  • Power supply: 110–220 VAC

🔧 Pressure Transducers
  • For high pressure: output signal 4–20 mA
  • For low pressure: output signal 4–20 mA

  • Exclusive use as emergency backup for cylinder systems that constitute the primary gas supply source
  • The IBER system must not be used as a substitute for bulk or cryogenic tank reserves
