Quality Policy

In Grupo Arigmed, we are dedicated to the manufacture of medical gas system pipeline products and equipments, follow the guide of the codes and regulations related. We are committed to meet our customers' requires, as well a collaboration with actions to mitigate climate change, maintain effective and continuous improvement of our quality management system.

Our History
Begining
1991

Long before in our beginning, in the year 1991 our founders began activities on the Medical Gas Pipping Systems installations in hospitals and clinics with a small staff of employees.

1993

In 1993 on a predecessor company to ours, we mainly manufactured 2 models of horizontal medical patient bedhead unit and the Medical headwall system (Medisystem), the medical gas equipment was purchased from other manufacturers and distributors.

2004

In 2004 we stop to perform medical gas piping installations to focus exclusively on the “Equipments Manufacturing".

Gradually we able to develop our own line of medical gas equipments, starting with medical gas low pressure relay panel alarm and the assembly of medical air compressors and medical vacuum pumps.

2007

In 2007 we began our operations, applying the previous knowledge of our founders in the medical gas systems installations and the use of the equipment that was previously manufactured.

2010

In 2010 we moved our operations from Mexico City (CDMX) to Tizayuca city in the State of Hidalgo.

2014

In 2014 we got our first certificates in the quality management system ISO 9001:2008 and ISO 13485:2003, standards in force for those years.

2023

In 2023 we got the ISO 8573-1:2010 certificate (Specification of Purity and treatment equipment for Compressed Air) class 0 to verify that our air compressor system is completely oil-free and with a certain dew point.

2024

In 2024, we will complete the development and optimization of several products and equipment, and some processes and machinery will be modernized to improve delivery times for 2025.

Now…. with all that accumulated experience and knowledge, we are able to understand the technical and normative variables of a complete Medicinal Gas System, and over time we have evolved and acquired experience in Equipment Design and Manufacture for this professional field.

We continue to advance satisfying the needs of the specialty in hospital units, clinics and laboratories, implementing state of the art technology with certifications that ensure the quality of the products and equipments that we manufacture at a competitive financial cost.

Our quality and adaptability has ensured us a primary role in Mexico´s and Latinamerican Medical Gas Equipment Market.

We follow the national and international standards and codes. We manufacture and distribute equipment according to NFPA99, BS, DIN, AFNOR and with the applicable codes ASME, CGA, ASTM, ISO, NOM, INVIMA, DIGEMID, NBR.

Export of our Products and Systems.

We have more than 100 products and systems in our portfolio, and we export our products and equipment to Central America and the Caribbean, South America, Asia and Africa.

We receive raw materials in profiles, sheets, bars and metal blocks to finally transformed into the systems and equipments that we offer, which guarantees a productive self-sufficiency.

We have an operating space of more than 4,000 m2. with state-of-the-art high production CNC machinery and equipment for turning parts, high-precision machining, sheet metal bending, powder coating paint systems, plastic and aluminium high pressure injection machinery, cleaning and polishing systems, among other processes, in addition to extensive manufacturing experience.
