Description
Horizontal medical headwall for patient – Model “4VR" (4 internal channels + 1 rear channel), featuring internal separations in solid-state (non-removable) for installations, pressure-mounted access panels (eclipsable) with no exposed screws, and a capacity to accommodate installations and connection devices for electrical systems, medical gases, lighting, voice and data.
- Certified under U.L. (Underwriters Laboratories).
- Certified under ISO 11197:2019 (medical supply units).
- “Includes upper and lower horizontal rail system for support and sliding of auxiliary medical equipment".
- Entirely manufactured from extruded aluminum profiles.
- Complies with NFPA99 for manufactured systems.
- Installation is recommended to be carried out by personnel certified under ASSE 6010 (medical gas installer) and ASME BRAZER IX (qualified oxyacetylene welder).

Modular unit designed for general, intermediate, and intensive care areas, with capacity to integrate electrical systems, medical gases, lighting, voice, and data. The internal layout incorporates four internal channels + one rear solid-state channel (non-removable), ensuring secure isolation between systems, and a horizontal rail system for supporting and sliding auxiliary medical equipment.

- Main Structure: Manufactured from extruded aluminum profiles, alloy 6063 T5, minimum thickness 2.5 mm. Complies with specification ASTM B221-02 A/A. Incorporates four internal routes and one rear route (total of 5) in solid-state configuration for functional isolation of medical gas piping from other installations.
- Front Panels (2), Upper and Lower: Extruded aluminum profiles, alloy 6063 T5, pressure-mounted (eclipsable), without exposed screws, facilitating maintenance and ensuring hospital-grade aesthetics.
- Upper and Lower Horizontal Rails for Auxiliary Equipment: Extruded aluminum profiles, alloy 6063 T5, integrated into the 3-route base profile structure.
