🔹 General Description
Horizontal ceiling-suspended system (suspended rail), designed for hospital care in intermediate and critical areas. It integrates the services of electricity, lighting, medical gases, voice, data and supports for auxiliary medical equipment, enabling efficient service distribution without occupying perimeter wall space.
🧱 Technical Structure
- Base material: Special extruded aluminum profiles, alloy 6063, temper 5.
- Minimum average thickness: 2.5mm – 3mm.
- Standard: ASTM B-221-02 A/A.
- Finish: Oven-cured electrostatic powder coating, white color (RAL).
- Service columns: Manufactured with the same profile type and finish as the suspended rail.
🔄 Movement Configuration of Service Columns
- Rotational movement on its own axis.
- Option with 60 cm radial arm + axis rotation for extended functional reach.
- Custom lengths available.
- Single or multi-bed service, with specifications available via direct factory consultation.
🛠️ Service Rails and Accessory Mounting
- Between 6 and 8 service rails per headwall unit.
- Supports trays, movable columns, and auxiliary accessories via modular systems.

- Lighting: Integrated module within the suspended rail structure.
