Description
Horizontal medical headwall for patient Model “3V" (3 channels), with internal separations for solid-state installations (non-removable), access panels installed by pressure (eclipsable) without exposed screws, and with capacity to house the installations and connection devices for electrical systems, medical gases, lighting, voice and data.
- With ISO 11197:2019 safety certification (medical supply units).
- Fully manufactured from extruded aluminum profiles.
- Complies with NFPA99 for manufactured systems.
- Installation is recommended to be carried out by certified personnel holding valid ASSE 6010 (medical gas installer) and ASME BRAZER IX (qualified oxyacetylene welder) credentials.
- Made in Mexico.

🛏️ Horizontal Medical Headwall for Patient 3V– 3-Channel Model
Modular unit designed for general and intermediate care areas, capable of integrating electrical systems, medical gases, lighting, voice and data. The internal design incorporates three solid-state internal channels (non-removable), ensuring secure isolation between systems.
⚙️ Structure and Eclipsable Panels (no exposed screws)
- Main structure: Manufactured from extruded aluminum profiles, alloy 6063 T5, with minimum thickness of 2.5 mm. Complies with ASTM B221-02 A/A specification. Incorporates three internal channels in solid-state form for functional isolation of medical gas piping from other installations.
- Front, upper and lower panels: Extruded aluminum profiles alloy 6063 T5, installed by pressure (eclipsable), without exposed screws, to facilitate maintenance and maintain hospital-grade aesthetics.
