Description
Pediatrics horizontal medical headwall for patient Model “KIDS" (4 internal channels + 1 rear channel), with internal separations for solid-state installations (non-removable), access panels held by gravity and pressure (eclipsable) without exposed screws, and with capacity to house the installations and connection devices for electrical systems, medical gases, lighting, voice and data.
- Available with various artistic designs and child-friendly themes.
- Fully manufactured in extruded aluminum profiles.
- Complies with NFPA99 for manufactured systems.
- Installation is recommended to be performed by certified personnel with valid ASSE 6010 (medical gas installer) and ASME BRAZER IX (qualified oxyacetylene welder) credentials.

🛏️ Pediatrics horizontal Medical Headwall – KIDS Model
Modular unit designed for general PEDIATRIC care areas, capable of integrating electrical systems, medical gases, lighting, voice and data. The internal design incorporates four internal channels + one rear solid separation channel (non-removable), ensuring safe isolation between systems.
⚙️ Structure and front panel (gravity-fixed) and upper/lower eclipsable panels (without screws)
- Main structure: Manufactured from extruded aluminum profiles, alloy 6063 T5, minimum thickness of 2.5 mm. Complies with specification ASTM B221-02 A/A. Incorporates four internal channels and one rear channel (total of 5 channels) in solid-state for functional isolation of medical gas piping from other installations.
- Front panel: Made from 16 mm thick MDF agglomerated wood panel with child-themed artwork applied using cold lamination, laser-printed in color on a 3 mm thick transparent acrylic sheet.
- Upper and lower panels: Extruded aluminum profiles, alloy 6063 T5, installed by pressure (eclipsable), without exposed screws, facilitating maintenance and providing hospital-grade aesthetics.
