Description

Automatic Emergency Backup (IBER) high-pressure system gas cylinders, complies with NFPA 99 and ASTM B819 (clean for oxygen use).

Control Panel:

  • Wall-mounted (exposed) cabinet made of special extruded aluminum alloy 6063 T5, finished with baked-on electrostatic paint.
  • Multi-voltage power supply: 110-220 VAC.
  • High-speed electronic PCB systems for inlet and outlet pressure detection with pressure transducers.
  • Numerical segment display for alarm status and inlet and outlet pressures.

Electric Valve:

  • ASCO brand normally open valve with UL certification.}
  • 110-220 VAC power supply.

Pressure Transducers:

  • High pressure: 4-20 MAP.
  • Low pressure: 4-20 MAP.

Pressures:

  • Inlet pressures of 3,000 PSI.
  • Outlet pressures of 80 PSI with user adjustment options.

Pressure Regulator:

  • High-flow pressure regulator with nominal inlet pressure (P1) = 200 BAR, adjustable outlet pressure of 12 BAR MAX, nominal flow rate (Q1) = 200 Nm3/h with P2 = 9 BAR, and operating temperature -20°C to +60°C for the specific gas (oxygen and medical air).

Specifications

Specifications:
  • High-flow regulator for 3,000 PSI inlet and 80 PSI regulated outlet.
  • 4-20 MAP pressure transducers for high and low pressure stages.
  • Manual master valve for opening and closing control of the emergency cylinder bank.
  • For multiple 9 m3 cylinders at a maximum pressure of 3,000 PSI.
Code-compliant conditions of use:
  • Only as an emergency backup for a cylinder manifold designated as the primary gas supply source.
  • The IBER shall not be used as a substitute for gas reserves from bulk cryogenic tanks.
