Description

Manifold Modular headers, complies with the NFPA99 code and ASTM B819 (clean for oxygen use).

Type:

  • Indoor use only and modular assembly by threaded coupling.
  • Attachable modules with 2 and 3 connection points for cylinders.

Connection:

  • CGA (Compressed Gas Association) for each specific gas.
  • Non-return valve (check) at each station or connection point of the cylinders.

Materials:

  • High strength brass, meets ASTM B819 clean for oxygen use.
  • Non additional coatings.
  • High strength brass extrusion tube.

Available Modules:

  • With 2 stations or connection points with a 13cm separation between axes.
  • With 3 stations or connection points with a 13cm separation between axes.
  • To several stations or connection points of cylinders combine modules of 2 and 3 connection points.

Important note:

  • Exclusive sale on a specific bar for the number of connection points requested.

  • Do not use Oil and its Derivatives.
  • The operation and maintenance personnel must be certified for the safe operation of the equipment.

  • Does not include wall mounting brackets or structures.

Cylinder Headers:
  • Modular Assembly.
  • Presentation in modules of 2 and 3 combined connection points.
  • Made of 2″ hexagonal brass bar and special extruded red brass tube SPS alloy 23000, H58 Drawn temper, complies with ASTM B-43-98, ASTM B-819 (Clean for oxygen use) to 3,000 PSI working pressure.
  • Automatic non-return valves (check) for the connection of cylinders made of brass meeting specific gas CGA code.
  • Manual master valve to control open and close of headers.
  • Does NOT include coatings, it is delivered in a natural brass finish.
Available for:
  • High Pressure Gas Cylinders.
  • Deward type cylinders with evaporator included.
Available for the following Gases:
  • Medical oxygen
  • Medical Air
  • Nitrous oxide
  • Nitrogen
  • Carbon dioxide
  • Helium
  • Argon
Additionally requires:
  • Cylinder connection pigtails.
