Screw water lubricated type Oilfree Medical Air Compressor System Arigmed’s  meeting NFPA99 and other Codes.

Screw water lubricated Type Oilfree Compressors:

• Water lubricated “Oil Free" screw compressors made of stainless steel, high temperature resistant bearings, compression units made in Germany in STAINLESS STEEL.
• 50-55 PSI workimg pressure. 
• 152 PSI maximum pressure.
• Soundproofing booth powder coating finish.
• Transmission by pulleys and bands with a standard 220v 60htz electric motor, (other voltages must be specified in advance to the factory).
• ISO 8571-1:2010 Equipment certificate.

Filter System:

• Moisture filters with element saturation reader and automatic drain.

Electric After Coolers:

• Refrigerated air cooling After-Coolers with 220V electric motor and made of stainless steel, copper tubing and aluminum heat sinks, includes a multiple connection block with relief, anti-return and automatic valves, moisture filter.

Moist Air Storage Tank:

• Air Storage Vessel manufactured with ASME specifications, 120 gallon capacity in vertical configuration.
• ASME stamped by the manufacturer.
• Manual and automatic drains.
• Level Valve.

Refrigerated Air Dryers:

• Refrigerated dryer system for air treatment, includes pre-filters and post-filters.

Dry Air Storage Tank:

• Air Storage Vessel manufactured with ASME specification, 240 gallon capacity in vertical configuration.
• ASME stamped by the manufacturer.
• Manual and automatic drains.
• Level Valve.

Control Panel:

• Electric-electronic control panel to coordinate the alternation, simultaneous use and stop functions, as well as the control of the Regeneration Air treatment system.
• NFPA99 specified alarm detection and maintenance alert, NEMA12 class enclosure.
• 7” (inches) touch screen for control and visualization of the operation status of the compressor.

Regenerative Air Dryers:

• Electrical valves Normally open, timed and controlled by the equipment control panel, drying temperature of -40°C, are included in the system in duplicate.

Medical air Filter System:

• Filters or moisture traps, 1 micron particle filter, optional anti-bacterial filters and final line regulator are included in the system in duplicate.

Air Quality Monitors:

• Monitor for High Level Detection of Carbon Monoxide.
• Monitor for detection of high level of dew point.

Data Relay Output:

• One relay output (dry contacts) for alarm transmission and connection to the master alarm panel for source equipment.

Designed for Use:

• Exclusively Medical in Clinics and Hospitals.
