Twin Type Medical Gas Outlet SERIE 2 Model STAINLESS STEEL made, screw coupling DISS CGA V5 type inlet for specific gas + integrated fixed Flowmeter (not removable), manufactured meeting NFPA99, ASTM B819 (Clean for use with oxygen), CGA V5 codes, No crossing medical gas safety system PIN type only compatible with Arigmed´s medical gas outlets.

Primary Valve (Back Assembly):

  • Valve outlet brass made 360° rotation with “K" type copper pipe extension 10mm internal diameter.
  • Automatic closing valve (Check) plastic injected polypropylene made.
  • TPVs FDA grade thermoplastic injection Seals made.
  • Wall Mount modular assembly hardware carbon steel sheet 18 gauge nickel finish made.
  • Patient Medical Headwall hardware carbon steel sheet 18 gauge nickel finish made.
  • Ceiling Mount modular assembly hardware carbon steel sheet 18 gauge nickel finish made only upon request.
  • Stainless Steel spiral washer lock made.

  • Spiral locks made of stainless steel.

Criteria for use

  • The use of the double outlet with integrated secondary equipment will prevent the Hospital’s operation and maintenance personnel from worrying about the compatibility of the coupling of secondary oxygen and medical air dosing equipment about type of inlet or coupling in the wall outlets and architectural equipment therefore, all types of plugs or couplings of the oxygen and medical air outlets will be standardized and normalized to a single type of plug.
  • Standard of the plug corresponds to a “threaded” coupling with greater safety and reliability and meeting the specifications of CGA-V5 (Compressed Gas Association) code for safety plugs of Non-Crossing Gases by Diameter DISS (Safety Indexed System by Diameter)
  • It will prevent accidental loss of the air and oxygen flowmeters due to their constant connection and disconnection, as the “Non-removable” Flowmeters will be permanently attached to the oxygen and medical air outlet.
  • Using the secondary DISS outlet will allow and additional flow to be supplied for other medical devices simultaneously, such as coupling other Flowmeters, hoses and regulating valves.
