Description
Oli free piston air compressor from one and two stages Arigmed´s brand MODELS AR2X100, AR2X125, AR3X100, AR3X100HP, AR3X125, AR3X125HP.
Housing:
- Manufactured from high-resistance aluminum injection, with natural finish.
- Transmission: Belt driven manufactured from cast carbon, powder coating finish, does not include counterweights.
- Cylinders: Manufactured in high-resistance aluminum injection, powder coating finish.
- Cylinder Lid: Manufactured from high-resistance aluminum injection, with a natural finish or powder coating finish.
- Pulley Cover: Manufactured in high-resistance aluminum injection, natural finish.
Transmission:
- Crankshaft: Manufactured in high resistance nodular steel.
- Rollers or Bearings: For high temperature and sealing.
- Connecting rods: Manufactured from high-strength aluminum injection with natural finish.
Compression Stage:
- Pistons: Made of high-resistance aluminum.
- Compression Rings: Manufactured in PTEF with carbon and graphite filler.
- Rider Rings: Manufactured in PTEF with carbon and graphite filler.
- Valve Plate: Made of high-strength aluminum with a natural finish.
After-coolers:
- Material: Made of high-resistance grafted aluminum, with natural finish and powder coating finish.
Air Cooling:
- Front Fan: Made of high-resistance ABS plastic.
- Rear fan: Made of aluminum with high resistance ABS plastic injection protection.
Intake and compression tubes:
- Intake: Set of stainless steel tubes and connections.
- Compression: A flexible copper tube with brass coupling connections.

- Recommended after 6,000 hours of use and no more than 10,000 hours.
