Description

Combination Master Panel Alarm SERIES 2, a Master Panel Relay type Alarm SERIES 2 and a Master Panel Alarm SERIES 2 to Medical Gas Alarm Zone goups surveillance meeting NFPA99, only available in wall mount enclosure.

Mounting Cabinet:

  • Aluminium special extruded profiles 6063 T5 alloy made, powder coating finish.
  • Only to “Ove wall" mounting.

Capacity:

  • Master Panel Relay type Alarm: 10 signals minimum and 40 signals maximum.
  • Master Panel Alarm to Medical Gas Alarm Zone goups surveillance: from 1 to 100 zone alarms regardless of the number of medical gas modules that each zone alarm contains.

Graphics:

Master Panel Relay type Alarm:

  • Flashing Alarms on each Signal indicating an “abnormal" condition.
  • “Normal" condition in each Signal (without alarm event).
  • Signal name display on 7 “touch screen.

Master Panel Alarm to Medical Gas Alarm Zone goups surveillance:

  • Pressure and Vacuum levels on Real-time Pressure and Vacuum to each zone alarm connected.
  • NFPA99 color and Nomenclature of each medical gas of each medical gas alarm zone connected.
  • Flashing Alarms on each Gas Module for each medical gas zone alarm connected.
  • Area name displayed of each medical gas alarm zone alarm connected.

  • “Abnormal" event detection on real time of any equipment or alarm connected with dry contacts or Relay communication technology.

Master Panel Alarm to Medical Gas Alarm Zone goups surveillance:

  • Low and high preesure and vacuum events Alarm on real time.

Communications:

Master Panel Relay type Alarm:

  • Data output dry contact relay port 10 signal modules (with a maximum of 40 relay port signals in multiples of 10).
  • RS485 communication protocol in SERIAL to connect with medical gas alarm zone groups or equipment´s with dry contact or Relay communication technology.

Master Panel Alarm to Medical Gas Alarm Zone goups surveillance:

  • Data input and  output RJ45 female ports.
  • Data output dry contact relay port (1 port).
  • RS485 communication protocol in SERIAL to connect with medical gas alarm zone groups and with the Ethernet interface (Internet).
  • Connection to INTRANET and EXTRANET (INTERNET) through the ARIGMED ETHERNET INTERFACE with HTML to view the system with remote devices such as PC, TABLET, SMARTPHONE via website.

Features:

Master Panel Relay type Alarm:

  • Editing the Signal Name.
  • Recommended connection with medical gas supply plants (manifolds, cryogenic tanks and oxygen generators).
  • Recommended for connection with Medical Air Compressors and Medical Vacuum Pumps.

Master Panel Alarm to Medical Gas Alarm Zone goups surveillance:

  • Editing the Name of the area where the medical gas alarm zone will be located.
  • Reports generation to alarm events of the entire system in export files in PDF (Acrobat Reader) and XLS (Excel) formats, 30 days storage on the system.

Specifications

Alarm source equipment module requires the following complementary equipment:
  • Data connection system from source equipment with cable for RELAY type connections
  • 10-signal arigmed´s connection interface Module, with capacity up to 6 modules (60 signals)
  • UTP CAT 5 wire at least point-to-point without splices and from each source equipment to the master alarm.
  • Up to 60 relay signals.
  • Online edition available.
Alarm Area Module requires the following complementary equipment:
  • ARIGMED HTML interface
  • Fix high eficency Internet
  • Arigmed HTML Hosting (May cause additional costs to the user)
  • Data NETWORK system with at least CAT6 UTP wire, connected to a group of medical gas area alarms group Series 2, in SERIAL
  • On-screen edition available
Effects on the Equipment operation that must be avoided:
  • Voltage variations in the electrical power supply.
  • Main power supply with emergency power plants.
  • Intermittent Power supply (power lost and regained often in a short time).
Installation recommendations:
  • Check ground connection (to protect from unwanted discharges).
  • Install a system against voltage variations and power backup (Non-Break).
  • Install a system with a surge suppressor (against power surges and discharges).
