logo arigmed100% oil-free single- and two-stage reciprocating (piston) compressor, improved and efficient design for special oil-free air applications, pulley and belt driven, with engineering materials to reduce weight and increase mechanical strength (aluminum injection and steel made), assembled in Mexico.

Housing:

  • Housing: Made of high-strength aluminum injection molding, with a natural finish.
  • Transmission Pulley: Made of cast steel, finished with black, high-temperature baked-on powder coating.
  • Cylinders: Made of high-strength aluminum injection molding, with heat sinks integrated into the cylinder head, polytetrafluoroethylene coated.
  • Cylinder Heads: Made of high-strength aluminum injection molding, with heat sinks integrated into the cylinder head, finished with black, high-temperature baked-on powder coating.
  • Pulley Cover: Made of high-strength aluminum injection molding, with a natural finish.

Transmission:

  • Crankshaft: Made of high-strength ductile steel.
  • Bearings: High-temperature sealed bearings, made in Japan.
  • Connecting Rods: Made of high-strength aluminum injection molding, with a natural finish.

Compression stage:

  • Pistons: Made of high-strength aluminum.
  • Compression Rings: Made of carbon- and graphite-filled polytetrafluoroethylene.
  • Rider Ring: Made of carbon- and graphite-filled polytetrafluoroethylene.
  • Valve Plate: Made of injected aluminum with a high-temperature black powder-coated finish, including high-temperature seals.
  • Valves: Made of stainless steel.

Aftercoolers (only for 2-stage compressors):

  • Material: Made of high-strength aluminum injection molded with a high-temperature black powder-coated finish.

Cooling Fans:

  • Main Fan (front): 23" made of fiberglass-filled injected ABS plastic.
  • Secondary Fan (rear): 10" CCW type made of aluminum with a high-strength black injected ABS plastic protective guard.

Intake and Compression Pipes:

  • Intake: Made of stainless steel tubing and fittings.
  • Compression: Made of flexible copper tubing with brass couplings.
